Wendy's - Granite Falls

I'm a huge fan of Wendy's food, but my recent visit was quite disappointing. I went to pick up a meal for my boyfriend's daughter and was shocked by the state of the area behind the counter. Unfortunately, I had to reset my phone and lost the picture I took, which showed trash all over the floor and overflowing garbage bins. I understand that fast food restaurants can get busy, but there's no excuse for poor cleanliness in the kitchen. Additionally, the girl at the counter who was taking orders seemed to be complaining about her fatigue and even appeared to be under the influence of something, which is definitely not the impression any company wants to give to its customers.

On the downside, the service was lacking, which is why I rated it only 2 out of 5. There were several issues that diminished the overall experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was mediocre, leading to a rating of 3 out of 5. In conclusion, if you're after good food at a reasonable price, this takeout spot is a great option, particularly for the chili! Just keep your expectations in check regarding the service.

The service here is quick and friendly, also deserving of 4 out of 5 stars. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a casual brunch. Overall, I strongly recommend this spot for a delicious and budget-friendly brunch experience!
