Bojangles' Famous Chicken

Food was hot and fresh, but from drive thru I watched the guy take my chicken to the front for the bacon.

25 min wait on breast at 6:54pm on a Tuesday night dinner. I asked why 25 minutes knowing it takes 15 min with average temp on a fryer to cook. Their response was that they hadn't breaded it yet. I guess if you wait until you run out of breast beforebreading more would make it 25 minutes long...so you're right.

Fast forward to today. My family and I had saved this meal for today since we are in the process of moving. I wish we had opened it yesterday because we found that we only received 3 biscuits instead of 6, the large mashed potatoes were served without gravy, and we got only 9 pieces of chicken instead of the 12 we ordered. I am very frustrated because we paid $35 for this. Please ensure your staff is properly trained to prepare orders accurately. We work hard for our money, and when we order food, we expect to receive what we paid for!

I arrived just three minutes before closing time, and they graciously kept the doors open when other restaurants would have turned customers away. I really appreciate their service and will definitely be returning!

I ordered a bacon and egg biscuit with crispy bacon, which is my usual choice. However, I'm done ordering from the Granite Falls location. The fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday, the bacon was undercooked, and I had to use a spoon to hold the biscuit together. I'm incredibly disappointed.
