Absolutely THE WORST customer service I have ever met! Make an online order, go to pick up all for the staff to tell me business is closed! At 9:25 on Friday night? The one who works in the kitchen went out of the back door, shut off the menu and rudely said that who closed and left behind the back door. I will report this restaurant to BBB because they are not only rude, trained, ZERO respect and how children play on a playground that runs behind the counter when customers are present? waste of time and money even order from this place, they are about providing food for customers who have already paid not yet get their items paid for a garbage to repay them their money! This is THEFT The owner, company someone must come into and clean house or close this place down!

Usually the food is fine, but the service can be missing. Sometimes they forget about condiments or utensils

I just filled out a police report on this store's team. The children who worked were so frightening that we never got our food and they refused to return our money. You literally stole our money. In addition to the owners... I did this. Nothing has changed. Someone from the store called me on the following business day and she explained that she didn't have the power alone to do that right. This generic answer is not enough to make you look like you do something about this topic. Although no longer expects quality service, I expect from the company what is clearly wrong. The Assistant Manager has explained that this is not the first complaint received by this employee. If it's important, you'd fix it.

If I could give a lower rating than a star, I would. My mom, stepfather, friend and I went on the ride and it seemed like nobody had been there. About two minutes later we moved to the window. The employees seemed like they were happy themselves and gave us absolutely no attention. When we moved into the window, we were greeted by the manager who seemed quite young to be in this position. She refused to pay us back and had a SEVERE recruitment problem. My mother is diabetic and her blood sugar fell at an alarming rate. I hope this place is closed or better staff.

I?m not sure what is going on with this establishment, we waited at the speaker for several minutes. Next we drove up to the window and no one was there we waited a few minutes and someone came up to the window no headset. She proceeded to take our order and she seemed like no care was taken. Next after the order was taken, all of the employees looked like teenagers including the manager was running around the store play and acting childish. We started to get upset after seeing them running around like that, so we tried to get someone?s attention to get a refund. Someone finally came to the window and we asked for the manager. I informed her that we would like a refund because of the in professional behavior and unacceptable service. She acted dumbfounded about what we witnessed , we decided to leave without a refund and take matters to corporate.
