The young server seemed to have an attitude because she was having trouble hearing, and my order came to $14 instead of $10 or $11. Earlier, she was also a bit dismissive when they ran out of jalapeño poppers and Sprite. I decided to just leave.
My wife decided to stop by Jack in the Box during her lunch break to pick up food for her co-workers in celebration of a colleague who is leaving for a new job. Anticipating a large order, she placed a mobile order in advance. However, when she arrived, the woman at the drive-thru said she didn't want to prepare the food. My wife requested a refund, but the woman refused to assist her. This behavior was completely unacceptable. My wife returned later when another manager was on duty and was finally able to get her refund. We won't be visiting this location again.
They sold us breakfast sandwiches despite knowing that the biscuits were moldy. I will be reaching out to the health department and the news.
Well they just loss some stars. Went thru the drive thru ordered 6 regular tacos. Nothing special about them. On my 30 min lunch break. Was asked to pull forward. No big deal. The kid running the food brought me the wrong food twice. Then 25 MINUTES laterI had to walk inside and get it myself. That's unacceptable!!
109pm on a Monday. I was the first car in the drive thru, no one ahead of me, and no one inside ordering. Ordered 6 tacos was my entire order). Once paid at window (sat at window 5 mins before being addressed) I was told to pull up and park, and my orderwill be ready in 3 minutes. By the time I got my order, 6 other cars had gone through the drive thru, and were all ordered topark. I left with my food 1 TACO SHORT 17 minutes after ordering, and was shorted a ranch cup. I asked for an additional andlady at window said it would be fine. 5 tacos, 17 mins, shorted a condiment, and cut into my work lunch hour. Will never goback. I understand the staffing crisis, shortages, etc, but if you can't maintain your franchise, close and save the public thetrouble of dealing with your ill-ran establishment. Please do us all a favor and close!
