Brisket melts in your mouth and is perfectly smoked and seasoned. Same with the ribs. 5 Star operation.

John cooks up some of the best smokey goodness you'll find anywhere in Texas. Moist, tender brisket with a great outer bark. Pork ribs with a peppery rub. His beef ribs are like a giant brisket popsicle. So good. So good.
Great food and good, inexpensive, craft beer. What else do you need? Worth the short trip.
