Texas Roadhouse - Grandville

We haven't been to texas roadhouse for a long time. yesterday in grandville texas roadhouse (on Sunday) our waiting time for a table for 7 people was very reasonable (20 minutes), our waitress (annika) was attentive and really sweet, our food came out quickly, and everything was hot and super delicious! we don't wait so long before we come back!

Great meals Prime rib, baked potato,green beans,house salad,rolls. Take out service was outstanding timely and fresh.

Dined in and service was very very polite and very helpful. They had great recommendations and has quick serving time from moment of order. Will definitely be coming back and loved the quality of the food. You guys rock thank you for such a great experience!!

Excellent service, our party was well taken care of by Trevor, much thanks to him. Everyone was very happy with their food, I had the Road Kill, which, despite the name, is very tasty. Highly recommend, and be patient, the wait is worth it

Really REALLY disappointed with how this evening went. We called 2 days prior to let them know we had a party of 11.. for my sister's 21st birthday. We were told to call back the day of. Called back the day of to be told there is no guarantee that they can seat us all together. What..? We had to put two different names in.. get told our tables are ready and both tables are COMPLETE opposite sides of the restaurant! The website says call for party's of 6 or more. We asked why that was the case if we can't sit next to each other. We were told it's so they can tell us they can't guarantee us spots next to one another.. We have done this with the same party size for years.. until now. Really disappointed. In my opinion even lazy. Great food but the service when it came to a big party was AWFUL! Will not recommend any bigger party reservations to others as you guys clearly cannot accommodate like any other restaurant. Told them to take our names off the list at that point. What's the point of calling ahead for big parties when that was going to be the end result either way.. ridiculous
