Rainbow has gone down hill sadly. Since new owners took over. It's took over 30 minutes to get our food. Was informed that they are cutting back on labor costs so only 1 cook now. Sad what is happening to this place. By the time we left the place was packed. This was around 12:30 on a Monday. Used to be super fast as we did go once a week in the summer time.
