Charleys Cheesesteaks - Grandville

I am never a person who complains, but what i watched having my sub made was the worse thing ive seen in a long time. I watched the worker who was making my food clean multiple items wearing the same gloves. He then made my sandwich with the same gloves touching everything inside. Then argued with me when i asked if he changed gloves after i confronted him. Who knows what were on those gloves after using cleaning products and touching dirty items.

Service sucks , we had to beg for our drinks because multi color lady was too busy listening to her music and the as way with cashier, he acted if we were bothering him with our order. Covid killed the restaurant Service and dont ask anyone from the mall because they are too busy walking around and acting like they are doing something

Employees shut down at 6:30... mall open until 7:00... bad customer service. If I were in charge I would let these lazy employees go... lost a lot of buisness closing

The cheesesteaks is amazing and the fries loaded up are so good. It was a quick, hot and fresh. Simple menu. Will be back.Parking: It's a mall

Food was decent. Employees on the other hand seemed unprofessional. They were using vulgar language and not being unhygienic in terms of wearing gloves and grabbing at each others clothing and holding on and returning to customers food.
