Pizza Hut - Grandview

The restaurant had very friendly service, was clean, and the food was prepared and served promptly and politely.

The restaurant delivered a large pizza for free, waiving the delivery fee, and also included free breadsticks due to a mistake at another location. The pizza tasted delicious and arrived early. If all Pizza Huts offered customer service like this, their reputation would improve. The Hut honored a Pizza Passport from the Zillah Hut team, which was greatly appreciated. However, a more recent order for a medium hand-tossed pizza with half pepperoni and half pineapple did not meet expectations. The pizza was not hot enough, tasted strange, and had some burnt pepperoni. After contacting them, they offered a replacement pizza or a credit for a future purchase. The second pizza arrived a few minutes late but was warmer, though still not quite right. The cheese was not melted into the crust, and the overall taste was off. It seems that they may need more sauce to improve their pizzas. Unfortunately, I will be trying a different pizza place next time.

This is my favorite Pizza Hut in the Yakima Valley. Every time I visit, I have a server named Hailey who is kind and helpful. She always reminds me of the extras, which I appreciate. Thank you!

Bad cuality pizza and very expensive I won't recommend this place 0 stars!

Great Pizza and didn't wait to long for order. Although we drove there and picked up our own pizza I still left a 10 dollar tip. Why? Cause I had a little extra and although I'm not made of money I try to help those people that do well when I can. I applaud those youngsters for making money the right way...I applaud all youngsters cause if we don't how will they know how to take care of us when we need them too!
