Bidrage med feedbackSeems like they don’t know how to answer the phone! Been trying off and on for the past few months. Every time I call to order. The phone rings or is disconnected.
Was at Safeway across the street. Thought papa Murphy’s sounded good. I am disabled and thought they drive thru would be convenient. No cars in front of the store. No cars ahead of us in drive thru line. Pushed button for service waited 5 minutes for some one to come to window. Staff member rudely stated what’s your order number/name. We said we hadn’t ordered. She said we don’t take orders in the drive up “didn’t you see the sign?” We replied no can we order anyway? She replied “no. That’s right the sign is down”. We asked again she refused. We took our business elsewhere. Was very surprised. Felt discriminated against for my disability. Won’t be back to this location again.
It’s been 4 times that I’ve ordered a customized pizza and they mess up the orders! I’m not sure if it’s just the workers that don’t understand how to read. Maybe once it would be ok but 4 times it’s kind of dumb
We wanted some pizza/breadsticks that wasn’t ordered online and the employee said that they can’t make them cause they are too busy. Isn’t it there job to make pizzas and everything else
It is extremely clean. The staff members are always pleasant. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Papa Murphy's!
