Second Cup - Grande Prairie

Stop here for a visit with a friend because it is usually quiet and I love the lattes. At first I noticed how dirty the restaurant was, that was strange because there were only a few people. The tables were dirty, the floor was a diaster and there were garbage bags in the hallway. And then I noticed that one of the guests' tables was actually the 3 servers. I went to the bathroom (after the step over the garbage bags) and it was just as chaotic with more overflowing garbage and a sink with broken fittings. One of the girls stood up to get our drinks, but didn't actually put their phone down while they did so that it took a while. When she was done on her butt, she went to her phone with the other two. We sat for an hour to visit and the only time they moved was to take turns fill an order. Now I know why it's not busy. If I want to sit in a mess and drink moderate coffee, I'll just stay home.

My wife, mother and I went there this last week to get three simple coffees. We have them 1/2 hour later without apology. Albeit was busy, the staff seemed among experienced and believed that it was crucial to take every command (money) as soon as... as they went in the door, instead of ending orders. It was also preferred to pass through. No pleasant experience. Later in the week my wife decided to try again the off-capacity came and went while this new experience will be better. Wrong. We received the same service, the same inexperienced staff, and pay the same experience and wait 20 minutes for two coffees. The difference was that the ship was dead. The coffee was not done right, and we literally threw it away. Not a great franchise for this otherwise excellent coffee place.

The place was very clean and the staff was friendly. My friend accidentally dropped her coffee, one of the staff came by and cleaned it quickly.

I love the variety of coffee and tea. Beautiful snacks and GREAT employees never had someone rude like other coffee chains. GREAT JOB!!! and I can earn free coffee that doesn't like it

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The staff's attitude is what I liked the most – they were very helpful and knowledgeable when serving customers. The spacious interior layout is well-designed with comfortable furniture, and the coffee is fantastic. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
