Beacon Corner - Grand Rapods

It was really good! Did the boil pot and added our decided items to it. Got all bibbed up and everything to tear into it! Would go again!Kid-friendliness: Decent kids menu!

The food was just okay and not at a level to justify their high prices. At least the calamari wasn’t overcooked. But the portion sizes were very small, and the fries were chewy and thin for some reason. The service was slow but friendly. The unannounced 3% fee was very scummy. I was left not really wanting to come back.Also, what is with the hanging boat randomly in the ceiling? There are cracks near both of the two anchor points, and it’s right above multiple tables.

You will be hard pressed to find a better group of people or menu. This place has unique eats that vary in price so anyone can make an excuse to get some Beacon!

Tried the Connecticut lobster roll. This restaurant had both cold and warm lobster rolls.. I found the roll to be quite good with a good selection of lobster meat.

Had a fantastic dinner, Tyler took great care of us. We didn't have a reservation but we were seated within 30 minutes. Great cocktails. The lobster roll (Maine) was one of the best I've had.
