Taco Bell - Grand Rapids

I have visited this restaurant frequently and never had any issues until recently when I ordered the Mexican pizza. I was disappointed to find that all of the toppings were missing except for a single fried tortilla covered in beans and cheese. The quality has definitely taken a nosedive since my last visit.

Jazz is the best server I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He is so nice and polite. I would definitely return to this restaurant because of the excellent service he provided. The staff at this place is top-notch and they offer the best dining experience.

"The employee at the Drive-thru was incredibly polite and professional. She made sure that my order was correct and remembered to include the sauce. When I arrived at the window, she even asked how I was doing. Everything was accurate and piping hot. It was a perfect experience. Her name is Jazzalynn. They definitely need more employees like her!"

There was a mix today with my family order. the manager and her personal went beyond and beyond to correct the problem! great customer with service!

Very good food here and good service! Give the soft shell tacos deluxe with extra meat a try, they are fabulous! I didn't see it on the menu, but I may have missed it. But they have always made it for me with no issues.
