Taco Bell - Grand Rapids

Which taco bell? I was this week at 3 of them. my first time at cascade on 28 st. I think it's new.

This definitely is not my go to place when I want Mexican food. It's mediocre at best.

This location should be so busy for Taco Bell. The worker are not clean and lack professionalism. I love Taco Bell food. I will not go there, I can’t stomach it, which makes me sad. The Cascade location will demand a superior fast food experience. I wish it would go under new management for needed change.

I just do not know how it can get worse, I mean … “any sauce?” “Yes, LOTS of FIRE sauce” opens bag, since it’s all taped closed, once home, handfuls of hot sauce ? Everything is ALWAYS closed, I have three sour cream tacos with one piece of chicken in it, that mind you, you charged me an extra $2.50 for…. I honestly am more surprised each time, that it can get worse. And spare me, it’s been a one star far before the pandemic. Smh

This store is always solid. I've been working in the area for close to 5 years and have loved this location since they've opening. Always good portions. Always friendly service. Under new management but still solid. Better than the next west 28th location (next to orileys)
