Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant for lunch for the first time in about six months, and up until now, I hadn't had any issues with the place. The food was decent and met my expectations; however, I was taken aback when I was informed that I would have to pay full price for a drink if I wanted a cup of tap water. This policy is quite frustrating. I understand that some franchises may charge for water when someone walks in requesting it without making a purchase, but charging for tap water when I'm already buying a sub seems unnecessary. I actually feel sorry for the owner; it must be tough to resort to policies like this to make sales. I hope they reconsider this approach and realize how unreasonable it is.
The service was quite good overall. However, there was one issue: they accidentally baked my order despite my request for it not to be baked. Additionally, the older woman working there was quite rude, which was not acceptable. It seemed like she even directed her frustration toward the younger staff member. On a positive note, the sandwich was excellent!
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor; as a paying customer, I was not allowed to use the bathroom despite purchasing a sub to enjoy there. When I went to pay, a worker named Ronda struggled to operate the cash register. Additionally, another staff member refused to let me use the restroom. Ultimately, I decided to leave without completing my order, and I was relieved that I didn't end up paying for the sub.
Worst customer service ever!! I asked the lady finishing off my sandwich to use a clean knife, the manager jumps in the middle and says the knives are all clean (which they weren 't since when she held it up 2 inches from my face to show me water on the knife I saw red food particles on it as well). I said I have a food allergy and there shouldn 't be a problem with you using a clean knife, she responds by saying well you should prepare your own food at home then! while she kept going on about the knives being clean, the employee making my sandwich went in the back got a clean knife and wrapped my sandwich. after asking the manager why it was such a big deal if I asked for a clean knife, she got angry dumped my sandwich in the trash and said You can leave. We will not serve you! A very racist and rude group of employees.
I ordered a sub on Monday just before noon. Line was quite long (maybe eight people), but fast service. It took about 6-7 minutes from waiting in line with my purchase. The staff seemed to be nice and take care of how I wanted my sub department. Veggies were beautiful and fresh. The prices were typical for your average subway. Only on the bottom was that the dining area and the tables were not very clean.
