Subway - Grand Rapids

Worst customer service ever!! I asked the lady finishing off my sandwich to use a clean knife, the manager jumps in the middle and says the knives are all clean (which they weren 't since when she held it up 2 inches from my face to show me water on the knife I saw red food particles on it as well). I said I have a food allergy and there shouldn 't be a problem with you using a clean knife, she responds by saying well you should prepare your own food at home then! while she kept going on about the knives being clean, the employee making my sandwich went in the back got a clean knife and wrapped my sandwich. after asking the manager why it was such a big deal if I asked for a clean knife, she got angry dumped my sandwich in the trash and said You can leave. We will not serve you! A very racist and rude group of employees.

I ordered a sub on Monday just before noon. Line was quite long (maybe eight people), but fast service. It took about 6-7 minutes from waiting in line with my purchase. The staff seemed to be nice and take care of how I wanted my sub department. Veggies were beautiful and fresh. The prices were typical for your average subway. Only on the bottom was that the dining area and the tables were not very clean.

My son and I thought a bite at noon at 3-9-19 and the two workers, a gentleman and a lady, were amazing. They were patient, polite, outrageous and accommodating. They eat area was clean and comfortable. Great experience and wonderful staff!

We went close to the closing time so that the bread was not so fresh. A reasonable turkey sandwich though I wanted the veggie patty sandwich. It was not on the menu. It was my first time to taste the flavored tea. It was great!

Let me begin by saying I never really had a great experience on the subway. As a rule, the workers always seem unhappy and I am usually rushed through the process and they make me feel like an inconvenience. This time was great!!!! JAIDEN helped me and he was super nice, courteous, made my sandwich perfect and upside down, he made sure that I was satisfied by asking me if the sandwich looked good before it wore up! big workers, and the other people there also seemed very nice!
