Rowster Coffee - Grand Rapids

The best cup of coffee I've ever had. Verily, when I first came in, I was disappointed by the limited menu options, but the staff was friendly and very helpful and a custom drink only for me. Then the price frightened me a little, but I had a lot of extras and substitutions and it's expensive to be picky lol. But when I drank my coffee, everyone and all the torments I originally had with the place went away. COFFEE. It was rich and bold, but sweet and comforting. It was like a hug from the coffee gels. I swear, Lionel Richie started singing in my head; it was good. If you're someone who doesn't like spending more than $2.00 on coffee, that's not the place for you. However, if you are someone who pays for excellence, and this is excellence, then I highly recommend this shop. I'm definitely back.

Brazilin pours on point. I don't usually drink coffee black, but I can if I have it from here!

Very good coffee, but an even better staff. I was there this morning and they listened to a customer who talked about how his car had just collapsed and they gave him a drink on the house. Even if the coffee was crispy (which it is not), that would be enough to make me again.

There are many really good places for coffee in GR. But in my opinion no espresso does better than Rowster! Get an abundance somewhere else, but for the perfect cortado, espresso or cappuccino; You can't beat these guys!

Exceptional service, the two fellas working were above and beyond. Wish I remembered there names. The drinks were amazing as well! Definitely will recommend and make my way back there soon.
