Potbelly Sandwich Shop - Grand Rapids

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a great place. Food is served fresh and quickly. The decor is fun and hip. Prices are a little high, but you can tell the ingredients used reflect that in quality. I just wish they would bring back the frozen pink lemonade!! I stop by for my lunch, and the staff was great. Usually my experience with quick food is not great, but this location made a difference. Thank you!

I received a warm welcome from the staff as soon as I arrived. Being my first visit, I found it a bit difficult to decide what to order, but the staff was incredibly patient with me. Everyone was friendly and kind. My food was prepared quickly; I had a sandwich and soup, both of which were delicious. The strawberry shake was fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant!

We had an amazing experience with the subs! My family and I truly enjoyed them, and the quality of the meat was impressive. My friend claimed it was the best sub she's ever had, while my son raved about the macaroni and cheese, saying it was fantastic.

The turkey avocado sandwich on multigrain bread with provolone instead of Swiss (plus a few extra toppings) was delicious! Both of us ordered it and we were very pleased.

Seems they have new ham and it's super good
