Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Recommend highly, friendly staff, quick and efficient.

It 's Pride month, so we decided to get a pizza for dinner. We ordered a large Garden Veggie pizza, original crust, and a two liter of Coca Cola. The girl on the phone apologized (a little weird already) and said they only had Pepsi. I was like, no, just skip it, and was told to pick up our meal in half an hour. I go inside to pick it up, and the lady hands me an UNCOOKED pizza! I honestly thought she was pulling a prank on me, so I kind of smirked and asked if we could do the pranks some other time since I 've got a very packed schedule. Counter worker girl just gave me a blank look, and went to grab a two liter bottle of PEPSI! Even though I 'd told them not to! After a little back and forth, she claimed they always make the pizzas as uncooked. I even offered to leave a tip if they 'd cook just this one for me, and she said they don 't have an oven to do it!? Doubtful. They still wound up charging me full price for a doughy, uncooked, unsliced veggie pizza. Not even an offer to throw in free pop. Best part? I saw one of the worker 's trashy cars in the employee parking spot, and there was an unopened two liter of Coca Cola in the back seat. So apparently SOME OF THEM know how to get pop people actually like to drink...

Terrible service. Ordered online never received our order Door dash was supposed to deliver never did. Papa Murphy’s said too bad not our problem. Contact Doordash. Very terrible customer service.

When ordering online from here: Give them 19 minutes longer than the indicated wait time (usually 30 minutes) expect the order to not be ready expect them to say they didn't know about the order expect them to be snotty when you insist there is an order expect them to finally show some normal level of customer service when they finally find the orderThis is what happens to me EVERY time I order online from here.They are pretty good if you just show up and order but are too disorganized to deal with call ahead or online orders
