Mexo Tequila Mezcal Bar And Restaurant

The dishes were beautifully presented, and the Oaxacan Margarita with Mezcal was simply delightful with its smoky flavor! We tried the sopis, octopus ceviche, a tamal stack, the pig bell, and a four-leches cake. For me, the standout was definitely the margarita and complimentary tortilla chips. I also enjoyed the tamal stack, but the pig bell was a bit dry and ended up unfinished. The cake's new version (topped with fruit) was not very flavorful either, so I probably wouldn’t order it again. Our waitress was friendly, although a bit slow. Considering the price, we left feeling a little disappointed with both the service and the taste.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The churros were likely the best I've ever had! I've definitely saved this place in my favorites. I absolutely love it!

This restaurant offers a unique perspective on pre-Hispanic Mexican cuisine, showcased through beautiful artwork and a modern yet cozy decor. The food is absolutely delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. I highly recommend the Carnitas Tacos!

Everything was good at MeXo today. The margaritas are unique compared to other places in the area, but definitely light on the tequila. The guacamole and chips were good, but the Guac share was misleading with a large piece of avocado on the ground. The Tacos were the greatest disappointment, all 3 came cold after half an hour waiting to get them (it was not busy either). If they were warm, they would probably have been much better. Besides the food, the interior is great and our server was very friendly. It is certainly possible this was just a free day, but we would not recommend MeXo over some of the other great options in the area for similar cuisine.

Love this place. It?s a vegan gem. The sikil p?aak (pumpkin seed dip) is delicious. Their pre-hispanic dinner series is SO fun! It?s the perfect date night spot. Staff are friendly and attentive.
