Simply amazing and a blessing! LEB is perhaps a hidden gem. If you drive down Wealthy you may not notice a butcher shop and if you do, you might not think much of it. But you should, for here you can buy fresh, local meat, prepared by real people you can talk to (they're friendly, too).Beyond the carnivorous products, LEB carries a nice selection of various groceries and a fantastic wine assortment!Truly one of the best parts of the neighborhood.

Wow, the customer service was 10+. I specifically went in to buy fresh beef and lamb liver, and beef heart. Decided to get a couple lamb chops too. The lamb liver was cooked when I got home. It was amazing. Mild, tender..delicious !! Can't wait to try the rest. We will be back.

I absolutely love Louise Earl! I come every week to get lunch meat and then inevitably pick up a link or two of a fun flavor of sausage. Love how creative they are and never miss a chance to get their tamales-outstanding!

Lots of meat being butcher in shop, great wine selection and super kind staff. There is even a beautiful event space that can be rented out. I got a couple of sausages for my brother and he absolutely loved them.

Matt, Cynthia and team are incredible. The quality is superb and at a great value!They’ll source specific cuts and make excellent recommendations based on what you are after. Check out their sausages too, made in house and they’re always trying something new and most of them are bangers (no pun intended) Here’s a little know secret, they have one of the best sets of curated wines and at affordable prices (most are around $20). Seriously, if you enjoy your wine, or are intimidated by it converse with Cynthia. She’ll hook you up. Speaking of curated, everything in the store is all well executed, spend a few minutes perusing, its an experience. Most importantly, they value relationships and our community is blessed to have them.
