Bidrage med feedbackIt's a sweet café. The service and the food were also great. I enjoyed the French toast for my first meal, which I would highly recommend. And above all, they cooked my eggs just as I like it, softly cubed with cheese.
Sooooo good! My favorite breakfast place. The food is epic; fresh, interesting and unique, while the administration to tasty and accessible to young palates. There are also common tables and a friendly staff. Do not miss this GR gemstone.
I had the joy of stumbling upon The Littlebird on their opening day today. At the suggestion of the owner I tried the hamburger. A risky thing to do to a fan of Stella's and I know people are going to argue this one with me but this burger just about knocked me over. It didn't have crazy items on it, nor was it over sized with things sticking out of it. It was a burger in such a pure form. Two beautifully cooked patties, cheese, pickles and an incredible bun. When this was placed in front of me I was a little taken back. Where was all the massive amount of extras one gets now with a burger. Then I took a bite. The burger was spiced in such a way that I seriously craved it at the back of my tongue three hours later. The cheese and pickles played perfectly not overwhelming any part of the meat. I may actually dream of this burger tonight. Can't wait to travel the 45 miles to enjoy that burger again.
Just had an amazing breakfast at a sweet new restaurant called Littlebird on Monroe Cenyer Street in downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan . When, not if, you go you must try the kimchhe hash browns with mushroom, onion, kale with a maple glaze topped with an egg. Delicious. Cooked perfectly...the savory crunchy breakfast was just what this body needed on a chilly fall morning. Littlebird is decorated in muted tasteful colors with simple pleasing art such as turn of the century stain glass windows. Thanks to Sarah, Abby, Matt, Zach and Kyle for a pure Michigan gastronomical experience! ~Jennie from Coeur d 'Alene, Idaho
Excellent decor, interesting menu (anything with kimchi is a winner in my book) and the cortado execution was very high level. Wonderful quick bite experience with happy staff and an attentive bartender. Even the owners were touching tables. Finally, breakfast food that is intentional and well thought out.
