Little Caesars Pizza - Grand Rapids

Prepare for a 15 to 45 min wait for Italian bread at least matter of fact for anything But the food is Always on point.But if you're in a hurry Forget it,it'll be a toss up depending on who's working that shift if you get your food fast or not.

Food is what you'd expect of a little Caesars. Beyond that as someone who lives in the area and comes in regularly they struggle to keep people hired and the best reason I can see for this is probably 80% of the workers here act childish and play around onthe job... They are kids ofc but it makes it a place I'd never apply to and that's just based off what I see as a customer... Iactually worked here years ago now and it's come so far down from where it once was (for the record I know nobody who works herenow)... If you want Little Caesars sure come here but be prepared for unusually slow service and a very unprofessionalenvironment along with it compared to other locations or other companies.

This place legitimately took my money and when I got there they were closed. Door locked. No one answering phones. Their front door AND Google said they were open at noon on 8/29. I placed my order shortly after. Showed up 45 minutes later to alocked door. I called throughout the day and could never get anyone on the phone. Same thing the next day. Seems that whenthey're closed they shouldn't be able to accept orders, but what do I know? I mean I tried to eat little caesars, what's thatsay about ME?

Never! In my time door dashing have I ever met a set of employees that treat customers with such disrespect. You should be ashamed of yourself! The woman literally barked me around! Extremely rude! I won't be picking up from you guys again

Great customer service. They went above and beyond to provide a fresh pizza even when we got there close to closing time. Thank you
