Knoop - Grand Rapids

We had reservations and had even gotten a confirmation text but the restaurant was closed because of the storm. I was the one to call to double check. No one from the restaurant called to inform me that they were closed. There were several other restaurants downtown that were open. It would have been nice if someone had called. Poor customer service.

The servers were so kind, it did take us awhile to get our first drinks but it was a busy night!

There are very limited foods, the drinks are overpriced, and many menu items were not available. the ambiente is beautiful, but the noise level is very loud.

One of the funnest, a bit more hippie and fantastic food will definitely be going back

The staff (bartenders) could not have been nicer . We sat in a great room with a lovely view.
