IRON Restaurant - Grand Rapids

Food was great but you can’t go here if you’re in a hurry! Service is SLOW!!!! Luckily we weren’t in a hurry but we’re there for just over 2 hours!!! Took quite a bit to get drinks and any attention from our server but wlbecause we weren’t in a hurry we could overlook it. Won’t ever go if I have something to get to (concert, hockey game, play, etc... . Prices were a bit high too ... drinks especially!!

I wasn't impressed with the philly sandwich. It needs flavor. It tasted more like bread than anything else. My friend said the burger was good. If we come back, we will try splitting the roast which the waitress recommended to us.

Went here to eat dinner while attending a concert at Van Andel. Food was good and great price. Dessert was phenomenal!!!!!!!

The hostess cancelled one of reservations. We were in town for the boat show. There were 7 people in our party. My husband and I both made reservations on Open Table. The restaurant cancelled one. We were the first people in the restaurant. They would not combine our parties. So the men sat at one table, and the women sat at another table. It's unfortunate, since we will be back in the area in the summer.
