Bidrage med feedbackGeorgina is one of those places where I believe that GR is not yet large enough to support. It is undoubtedly the best fusion restaurant in Grand Rapids. Both Asian and Latin foods are great in their own right. The merger courts are well balanced and creative. The cocktail list is varied and delicious. Beer list is somewhat weak, but the wine and cocktail list is compensated. Service is top notch. It's a noble place. Dress up a little and prepare to drop $50 per person if you try a few things and have a few drinks. Certainly recommended. Go here while they are still there, because in my experience Grand Rapids tends to kill restaurants without a general appeal. Here: Drunken Noodles and Peanut Curry.
Georginas then connects Latin and Asia/Thai to another level. The menu is so unique and you can't do anything wrong. If you are in Curry, try the pineapple curry (prepared with Latin meat and puts a spin on a Thai classic that does not disappoint) When you go on a Friday or Saturday, I recommend making a reservation and sitting early on the bar and order a handicraft cocktail.
Modern atmosphere, creative fusion food. Friendly service, but the prices are on the higher side. Food is tasty though.
Latin/Asian Fusion, seriously good! I was blessed to be a part of Georgina's soft opening last night. Our meal was probably one of the top 5 meals I have ever eaten in our fine dining City. This may sound odd, but the black beans and rice will blow you away. Now, if one can say that about a typically simple dish such as this, imagine what Chef Tony does with his entrees. Grand Opening is today Run...don't walk to this restaurant. I would post a photo of our food, but we ate it too quickly.
Beautiful addition to Wealthy Street with indoor and outdoor seating! They offer some fun and unique dishes such as Bikap in a stone dish. Since the menu is somehow everywhere in place, it's great if your party can't agree to eat what kind of kitchen. The food is tasty, but I think it's excessively fat. The entire menu and drinks are slightly overpriced for GR... Dinner for 2 drinks will run around $70.
