Bigby Coffee - Grand Rapids

My first time to a Biggby coffee. This location was very convenient to my hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. The staff was very friendly and the drink was delicious.

For the first time, visit this special or any Biggby coffee facility. Nice quiet location. Self-service of thermo coffee carafe. Pretty simple. I looked fresh and made it as I liked it. Restaurant and self-service area was clean and clean. The staff was professional and friendly. Recommended for a fast self-service quality coffee.

So grateful that an employee asked someone who went in without a mask, please put one on. It takes courage to talk like that. While waiting for my order, another person came with the nose that was suspended, and the employee politely asked that the customer pulls her mask over her nose. Thanks for caring. I will definitely return. Please inform the management/company that if it is possible, it would be nice to have the opportunity to type employees when a customer uses a credit card and has no cash on them. My bragel and drink were made perfect and tasteful!

Great staff, very friendly. It is so beautiful to be greeted with such enthusiasm and joy. Coffee is also great. Better than Starbucks
