Wienerschnitzel - Grand Prairie

We come from California miss Wienerschnitzel. Was happy to see this one. We always stop at the one in San Marcos as well. The chicken deluxe is good with chili cheese dogs with cheddar on top. Luv ? it!!!! It's far to drive but well worth it for a Sunday stroll.

I'm not very happy with this restaurant because every time I come to eat here I get the exact same meal but the price always fluctuate. I order a chili cheese fry with a chili cheese bun. There are times I am charged fifty cents for the chili cheese bun while other times I'm charged $1. Today the manager charged my $2.99 for it and when I questioned him about it he told me he didn't know and thank you for the suggestion. I told him I was not giving a suggestion but asking for a reason and he told me he didn't know. When I asked him who can I find an answer from since him being a manager couldn't help me. He cluelessly and unwillingness to help me brushed me off while rolling his eyes told me he didn't know that either. I would hate to have to stop coming to my favorite place to eat if I'm going to continue being treated with this kind of behavior and no care in fixing it. On top of all this my order was super salty which frustrated me even more. Just ridiculous!!

Would be nice if the lobby was bigger but I cannot complain about the food! We love going for the dogs, chili cheese fries and the jalapeño bombers with ranch! They need to make a location closer to the Denton County area because it sure is a long drive but very worth it!

Thank you to the owner Franko for helping us get our big order ready for us to take back to our family in Oregon. He was so kind, friendly and went out of his way to come outside on a busy day to make sure we were taken care of. That's true pride, dedication and amazing customer service right there. Whenever we're back in town we would definitely visit his location again.Parking: Parking lot was small but we'll maintained and free of debris.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right in front.

Food was great the lady behind the counter took her time to get my order they were More concerned with the drive up window which I didn't like but the chili cheese dogs were worth the wait fries were hot so that was a plus
