EL Paisano Tortilleria - Grand Prairie

The manager at this restaurant was extremely rude. I went in to purchase their tortillas and asked if I could buy 50 packs or whatever they had left for the day. The manager told me she could only sell me 20 packs, which I found to be unreasonable since I was willing to pay for them like any other customer. When I questioned her decision, she simply said no. The service here is very poor. Despite my efforts to reason with the manager, she insisted that I needed to place an order for that quantity. I pointed out that I was still willing to purchase all the packs at once and she would still make a profit. It's disappointing to receive such poor service and I will not be returning to this establishment. On a positive note, I was able to find what I needed at another store down the street.

If they had more people that spoke English they'd probably get more business. I'm mexican but don't speak Spanish and I'm ignored because of that. Then I sometimes get a look of discuss. It shouldn't be this way. Next time I'm there I'll video my encounter.

Food is always good. Service can be better. Barbacoa is super delicious!

Excellent well prepared dishes. I highly recommend their menudo for those that like menudo but they serve other soups and their tortillas are fresh daily. To tip anyone you must bring cash because they don't offer it when paying with credit or debit cards.
