Domino's Pizza - Grand Prairie

WORST 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE EVER! We (used) order Dominos at least once a week and the location in Mansfield off Holland was our business that was delivered. NIE had a problem with them. Then this store opened and they are closer to our house so we need to use it. Our first order, the delivery time is pushed back again and again. When we reached the 2 hours mark, I called the store to get the status. I was told that they were short drivers and he couldn't tell me how much longer we delivered. I canceled the order and was suddenly suspended. They were there in 30 minutes. I called a few days later to see if I could talk to the manager, Jose. He didn't want to talk to me because the store was not open (I called at 10:15, shop opens at 10:30) and told me to call back after 10:30. I asked why he couldn't talk back then and he said he was rushing and hanging up on me again! Horribler customer service. If you're underoccupied, you shouldn't have opened until you've been full. Or alerts people when they order over the late period rather than just postpone the delivery time. We will now call in our orders to Holland and pick them up from this business, as I refuse to do business with this bad management and customer service.

Thursday night. order for delivery canceled. order for pick up in the load canceled. I wanted to order personally. wanted two pastas and marmor cookie under 3 or more goodschein. has no whisper. offer zimtapfel free. charged regular price for pasta and 9.99 for apple desert. not really happy with service.

First, the online ordering was great. And the good was great.HowEVER... Order tracker showed my carside delivery order was ready, so I rushed to the store to get it and tapped the I 'm here spot. The 2 minute timer started. 2 minutes?? Really? 5 minutes later, I 'm still sitting in my car waiting for my ready pizza to arrive. 5 more minutes passed, so I got out of my car and went in. I STILL had to wait ANOTHER 5 minutes for them to find give me my order.Only good thing from the experience is that I get a free pizza because they didn 't bring my order to me within the 2 minutes. (I will definitely be ordering it from a different store though. Sure wish I hadn 't agreed to the suggested tip when I ordered.
