Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Grand Prairie

Went in an ordered a 2 meat plate that was priced at 14.00 on the menu but when I asked about the 1 meat plate being the same price I was told that the menu prices were wrong and that the register prices were accurate. I was charged 15.00 for the 2 meat plate even though the menu said 14.00 which is falsifying information. The lady had a very nasty attitude when I asked for the managers name and stated she couldn’t give me that information . I know 1 dollar isn’t much but just imagine how much extra money can be racked up by overcharging customers. I asked could I have a courtesy drink due to the overcharged price and she flat out said no. Customer service is horrible at this location.

Ordered the Friday special . The Mac and cheese looked and tasted old, the rolls were hard as a rock. The kid preparing our meal had something in his mouth while doing it. I'll never come back to this place

The two works are mean and rude. I asked for no meat and they put meat took it back the baked potatoe and they talked very rudely to me . When I ask for a manager the lady rolled her eyes and stated she didn’t know the manger or the corporate number told me to go online . Very rude won’t be back
