O…..M….G…. When I say AMAZING is an understatement. My husband and I have been looking literally for a couple months for a good African restaurant to go to. Every place we looked at had too many bad reviews for them to all be lying so we chose to not go to any of those places. I found out about THIS place from a comment on another YouTube page. The daughter of the owner was saying in a comment that her mother owned a restaurant in Grand Prairie. I immediately looked it up and saw that it was right down the street from me. I looked at some pictures and read the reviews and decided we were going immediately and boy oh boy am I glad we did! We got there right when they opened and the owner, Ms Christiana, was so welcoming. She was very polite and friendly. I just knew that we would be waiting a long time for our food but that was not the case. Our food came out QUICK, FRESH, and HOT. We ordered egusi w/ fufu, goat pepper soup, okra soup, jollof with fish and goat, and suya. This lady did not disappoint! Literally EVERYTHING we had was sooo good and flavorful. I've been looking for a real African restaurant near me with the experience of homemade food I found this place on Google it was all that and some Ms Chris you are the real deal and I will be back 9/7/22 ya'll need to try her food the meat and fish was very fresh and tender love ? ? this place

I found this gem about a month and a half ago, and I 've been here at least 4 if not 5 times so that tells you what I think! Driving from Kennedale to Chrisco 's is worth it everytime. I tried 3 other African restaurants before this one trying to find the one . I 'm glad I finally came here ? The food is delicious and the owner is one of the nicest people I 've met. Give it a try, you won 't regret it!

Great authentic food prepared by hand. Great for any size gathering. Been coming here for over 2 years.
