Chicken Express - Grand Prairie

Service and friendly staff! The tea is so good, but they forgot my potatoes the last time I went through the drive. Make sure to check your bag before you leave.

We placed a BIG order and our whole food was piping hot, fresh, and full of taste! The girl who took our order didn't understand anything wrong. Delicious, fresh food with good customer service! This place is the best Chicken Express location where I was!

The food is always good here. Nice and warm and chicken tenders are nice and crispy. The corn nuggets are delicious! Today I ordered their fried pickles though, and never again! soggy, greasy and extremely salty! I?m still going back for everything else on the menu but disappointed with the fried pickles here.

Tonight I decided to buy dinner because I was tired. I order 5 #1 . I repeated my order 3 times and still the orders were wrong?. And above all, our food was very old. Hard, cold, absolutely unacceptable. I have never received service and or food like these ever. That's a lot of money for a bad order. And it's way too far to go back and eat again when I feed 5 people?.

Best Chicken Express I?ve been to so far. Was in the area and had to come back. I past so many before this one but this is the best location. Coming from Mesquite nearly an hour away.
