Candlewood Suites Grand Prairie Arlington, An Ihg

Clean place and friendly staff but rooms are loud. Windows don't keep out any noise from nearby hwy and the sound of traffic is horrible. Door didn't seal properly so the bright light from hallway kept the room lit up all night. Could hear everything happening in rooms beside me and above me. No breakfast at this hotel. Overall, the hotel is okay but if you want peace and quiet and a hot breakfast, look elsewhere.

Very clean. Modern. Excellent customer service. Especially Ash. He is very professional, accommodating, and always with a smile. I left my charger when I checked out 4 days ago. I called today. And he call me back within 15 minutes to tell me housekeeping found it and it will be waiting for me at the front desk. Awesome

A little run down. Unlike the Staybridge a mile up the road. There's a musky odor, maybe someone cooked curry too often. Wish I could say better things but my experience doesn't let me say otherwise. It's conveniently located on I-20 corridor, next to Texas Roadhouse. It's priced like higher rated hotels.

We originally booked a reservation at the La Quinta up the road for my husband to stay close to his job during this crazy ice storm but due to that La Quinta being terrible (staff) and completely unhelpful we cancelled that reservation and booked with Candlewood Suites instead. Candlewood's staff was SO helpful and very friendly! The room itself is nice, clean, and having a small kitchen is great. I will definitely recommend this to our friends who need a place to stay in the area.

Rooms are loud from highway ! Apparently this place allows dogs (barking all night and others were having parties in the rooms . Had to make a complaint at 11:45pm on kids running hallways up and down stairwell door was slamming, when I go to make a complaints there was another party going on in a lobby area I’d say it was . The room behind the front desk ! We won’t be back
