The service is excellent and the selection is impressive. My only issue is that there's a lack of consistency with the food and drinks. I frequent this place for breakfast, and about 30% of the time, my drinks and food taste quite different than expected. For instance, my mocha sometimes tastes like chocolate-flavored water, the cheese on my grilled cheese isn't melted, and my bagel often has barely any cream cheese on it.

This is truly the best coffee you can find anywhere! Their bagels and breakfast sandwiches are fantastic as well. When you use the drive-thru, you’ll be in and out in no time! Unlike other places that give their coffee elaborate names and charge you a fortune for a small cup, here you can get an extra-large coffee for just a couple of dollars. It's always fresh, consistently great, and I promise you it’s more effective at waking you up than any other coffee or energy drink out there! They really care about their customers! The staff is very friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious! If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend getting an extra-large double-double (two sugars and two creams), or if you’re feeling a bit sleepy that morning, a triple-triple will definitely keep you energized until lunch! The sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago bagel is tasty and very satisfying! Give this Canadian gem a try—you won’t regret it!

I enjoyed the multigrain pancakes during both of my visits to the Lansing area, and I can honestly say they are absolutely delicious—not just good, but truly fantastic. The wait staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. It's an excellent spot for family gatherings.
