I observed a boy wearing gloves go over to the paper towel dispenser and grab a paper towel and wipe his nose, throw the paper towel away, WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES OR WASHING HIS HANDS. This was so disgusting, I could barely eat my blizzard, I could only think about what I had witnessed. When I received my blizzard, it only had salted caramel truffles in it, and no cheesecake pieces! How am I ordering a caramel fudge cheesecake blizzard and not getting and cheesecake? This place needs to train their employees properly (or teach them to read the build cards) and train them on some BASIC food safety.
