This is the best BBQ I've enjoyed in a long time. Everything was perfectly smoked and seasoned with care and passion. I highly recommend pre-ordering from their website to secure a rack of ribs and some extra sides. I tried the Messa Plate along with a rack of ribs to get a good taste of their menu. I'm definitely planning to order again next week to sample a few more items, along with my favorites: brisket, ribs, and mac and cheese. Don't miss out on their pork ribs—they're definitely worth every penny!
