The food is so good! Cowboy beans and spicy pork enchilada with a margarita

We used to frequent La Cabra when it was Dos Hombres Redlands. We hadn't visited in several years and went back and were pleasantly surprised! We prefer the new menu and have been happy with food quality, service and taste at our last few visits. While the prices seem a little higher, we haven't been disappointed in many things. The Happy Hour specials are great and we love the guacamole and queso. Our favorite menu items are the puffy tacos-be sure to choose 1 pork, 1 chicken, and 1 ground beef for all the great flavors-and the Flag of Mexico dinner. Those are the 2 go-to menu items we order each time and haven't had a complaint yet! We often enjoy a margarita and find those very good as well! Since the pandemic, we have visited several times, including a birthday, and felt the precautions taken were spot on and enforced, but that it was still a special occasion and celebrated. The staff is great and the atmosphere is always nice and tidy! So, if you are looking for a good place to get a little Mexican food, don't think twice about choosing La Cabra!

My hubby and I decided to go for happy hour here because it was recommended to us. I wanted a margarita but I don't like them very sweet. I asked our server Jason if the margaritas were very sweet. He suggested I try a sample so I did. It was delish so I ordered one. Later we decided to get a bite to eat. I had several questions about the menu and Jason gladly answered them. The food came and it was very good. We like it spicy and it was just right for us. They offer a variety of sauces from mild to very spicy so everyone will be pleased. The food was plentiful and we couldn't finish it all so we took it with us. We will be back. I highly recommend the next time that you are out and about or just visiting on your way to the Monument that you stop by for a delicious bite to eat!

Loved the hatch green chili. My chili relleno batter was a little greasy, but the flavor was excellent. The rice had a good flavor but the beans were a little bland. We'll be back just for the hatch green chili. It is awesome!

Staff is nice. Food is good. I've only ever had their takeout. Maybe better in person? Inside environment is awesome though I like the feel when I go inside to pick up. Salsa is good! Meat is good too. Take out tends to be kinda cold though
