Multiple Best of the West awards for a reason! Great service, great food and very fair prices. Most impressed with the menu. They do a great job walking the line between traditional American breakfast, modern brunch, vegan/vegetarian options and everything in between. Doing that while being unpretentious and affordable is really impressive.
Service and quality of food hasn't been as good as it used to be. The hostess forgot about us and when we were seated our waitress was kind of rude and never checked in after we got our food. The steak on the avocado steak bene was chewy and very undercooked. I'm super sad because I really used to love this restaurant. It used to be mind and my husband's favorite breakfast/brunch place. But the past few times we've been here just haven't been the same.
We had a really good breakfast, the service is really fast and the dishes are hot, tasty and really worth the price. We had the blueberry pancake which was really big and delicious, on the other hand the prodige was a bit tasteless but still correct. I loved the vintage design of the room, which completely fit the vibe of the town!
Some of the best breakfast I've had anywhere. A must visit if in the Grand Junction area. And worth the wait even when they are busy.
