Tso's Asian Buffet - Grand Island

The waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted more lemonade, which costs $5. When she picked up the plates, she wasn't paying attention and accidentally dropped food on my wife, without even apologizing. The food itself wasn’t terrible, but the beef was overcooked, and they never brought a replacement. Overall, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this restaurant.

I haven't returned to this restaurant since my last experience, which was quite unpleasant. My wife ordered beef and broccoli, and what we thought was rice turned out to be tiny worms or maggots. I took a picture and reported it to the health department, but that was four years ago, and it seems like nothing was done. Because of this incident, they lost my business.

If the service had been excellent, I would have rated it a 5, but they don't offer refills and you constantly have to search for someone to assist you.

Good food but the Stuff have horrible attitudes, RUDE, they always have irritated face and not so welcoming. I don’t understand why they are like that, if you don’t want your job, you hate your job walk away from the kitchen don’t take it to your costumer. Your costumer is what making your restaurant open. The several times we have been there the STUFF are making us so uncomfortable. At this point I would not be surprise if no one wants to eat here anymore.

Food was decent but it could've been A LOT better if it was fresh and more appetizing to everyone's eyes. Customer service is subpar and needs to be more attentive when it comes to customer's needs.
