Papa Johns Pizza - Grand Island

I placed an order 45 minutes before they closed and they decided to cancel it after making us wait 30 minutes. When I called and asked why they had they said they needed confirmation and tried to call us. When I said that we hadn't received any calls and wanted to check if they had the right number. They did so either they are incompetent and don't know how to use the phone or they lied to me and thought I wouldn't call. Terrible customer service.

Papa John's ranks among the lower options for pizza in Grand Island, alongside Little Caesars. I've heard from various people that the general manager is quite difficult to work with, which has led to high staff turnover and, consequently, poor food quality. It's time for a new GM or at least some improvements in the quality of the food!

I ordered delivery and mentioned that I had a coupon. When I asked if they needed the promo code, they told me it wasn't necessary. However, when the delivery driver arrived, I was charged the full price. The driver didn't speak any English, which was quite unprofessional.

I had the most disappointing experience with customer service at this restaurant. The employees were rude, and the manager was even more unfriendly. I couldn't believe it when I was informed that they would only resend our order if we hadn't eaten the pizza! Of course, we had to try it first to realize how awful and cold it was! We were also missing some items for our pizza, so I had to call again to request that they remake it. The delivery driver showed up with a very condescending attitude during the redelivery. I will never order from this place again!

The pizza was made the way we like and ordered it. The garlic knots are absolutely amazing way better then Domino's. Love the bread sticks. The service was fast and it was delivered fast. Thank you.
