Domino's Pizza - Grand Island

Pizza is good, I personally like the hand tossed crust. Great deal using their coupons. We visit Dominos in GI, NE once a month or so and the pizza is the same every time, no surprises. Service is great, employees are always in a good mood, and evenings appear steadily busy.

The manger misty was super nice and very helpful and patient. The driver was awesome and came very fast and was friendly. The food was perfect nothing was wrong. Taste good. Best service I ever got. It felt like misty actually cared and took her time to explain the situation about what happened off the app and she was super nice about everything.

The domino's in grand island, Nebraska we ordered two pizza's and a 16 piece P.GARLIC WINGS AND ONLY GOT 8 SO CALLED BACK AT TOLD THEM I DIDN'T GET ALL MY P.GARLIC WINGS AND I HAD TO WAIT 1HR TO 1 HR AND 20 MINS TO HAVE OUR PIZZA AND 16 P.GARLIC WINGS AND THE GUY THAT TOOK MY ORDER WAS RUDE AND ACTING LIKE HE COULDN'T HEAR ME AND I HAD TO REPEAT MYSELF EVERY TIME. IM NOT ORDERING ANYTHING FROM GRAND ISLAND NEB. DOMINOS AGAIN AND IM GOING RO TELL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO EAT THERE.

Dominoes has been ripping me off. This is the 4th time they charge my card and the order doesn’t come through when I order on their app. When this happens and I still want my pizza during that time, I have to risk processing another order or paying for another separate payment for the same amount (charged twice) and wait for my money from my first transaction to be returned to my bank, which takes several days. They lie and say it takes 2 days and that it’s my banks fault. The manager was also covering up for her employer and confirmed this has happened before and that sometimes there’s a transaction hold… for the entire amount?! No. This is bogus and should be against the law. This needs to be looked into and I will not order from you again. I hope whoever this has happened too speaks up here also so that this stops! I have never had this happen anywhere else.

Lowkey drunk rn but these guys are 1000% the way to go!! Super duper helpful and friendly!!! Next time I come thru G.I. I’m definitely coming back to this place (04/21/23)
