Ray's Drive-in - Grand Haven

Onion petals were extremely under cooked. You’d expect them to be crunchy not doughy. I’ll give it to them that it was busy but still disappointing. Burgers were decent.

We each ordered a cheeseburger and onion rings. Paid way to much for a burger no bigger than a happy meal burger maybe smaller.

Food was great and so was the service. I got a burger along with fries and a shake. I was also able to try the fried pickles from someone I was with. The fires were crispy and the burger was cooked to perfection. The staff were also kind and talkative. The food was also cooked in a made-to-order manner and so all the food was hot and fresh! This was a great place to come to especially after the beach. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in town or looking for something to eat. The only item on the menu I didn’t enjoy was the shake. It tasted like melted ice cream and was a tad too sugary for me even at a small size. This also is more nit-picky, but I wished that there was a sort of meal deal. Getting a main, side, and a drink ran me about 15 bucks. Then again thats about everything these days and I did get some of the more expensive stuff on the menu so Im not that pressed about it.

Great service, great food! All American Burger with all American flavor!

The double cheeseburger was a lot like McDonald's, but a bit better and slightly bigger. Tiny space to order and three picnic tables outside. There were three people running things and keeping things moving. Despite all that, everything was decent and worth the price.
