So, I ordered another Tomato Mozzarella salad along with a sandwich, making sure to tell both the person taking my order and the employee making the salad to use basil instead of cilantro. They even allowed me to verify that the correct ingredient was being used, and it was. However, when I finally opened the salad on the boat, I discovered there was no mozzarella! I would have driven back to complain right then, but it wasn't feasible while we were out on the water. I really love a properly made Caprese salad, and while Panera's Tomato Mozzarella salad is usually good enough, the last two experiences have made me reconsider whether I want to return. I even sent a detailed letter to the restaurant and to the CEO of Panera three weeks ago, hoping they would respond or provide some explanation, but I haven't received any reply. It seems they may not care about customer feedback anymore. Thank you for your attention.
