Taco Bell - Grand Forks

Having relocated from California to North Dakota, we find ourselves two hours away from this Taco Bell. During the same week, we visited two different days because we missed the food. My husband was a bit hesitant given the low rating, but we were pleasantly surprised by the staff! They were cheerful and friendly. I'm not sure why it has such a poor rating, but great job to the team! Keep up the fantastic work!

The food was delicious, and the service was attentive and timely. However, the staff's noise level was quite high. While I understand there weren't any other customers in the restaurant at the time, I still found it to be a bit too loud for my liking.

My partner was a bit hesitant because of the reviews, but the staff was incredibly friendly and upbeat! I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating; the hardworking team deserves recognition. Keep up the great work!

The experience was decent overall, but nothing extraordinary. However, I must say the double bark spicy burrito was quite tasty. They are currently undergoing renovations, which is a positive change, as the place looks better now. The menu is clean and easy to read, making it simpler to choose what you want. The staff was friendly as well. It would be nice to see more specials on the menu and perhaps consider adding some street corn options.

The restaurant experience can be hit or miss. I've had some personal issues during my visits. I understand it gets busy, but if my food is missing, I don't even bother going back. The lobby is almost always closed, and if you order through the app, you're stuck waiting in a long line of cars—around 15!
