Mcdonald's - Grand Forks

Been here 10 mins, employees are acting like they don’t see me even though I have in fact made eye contact.

Just moved up here from Florida and was surprised to hear that none of the McDonald’s locations carry Buffalo sauce! I guess its a blessing in disguise since i will no longer be stopping for fast food as much ??‍

First they forgot my daughter's chocolate milk. I went into to get it and the girl was incredibly rude. After I got on the road and was 10 miles out I found out that they hid onions in the cheese of my daughter's burger when it should have been ketchup only. This McDonald's used to be the vestbin Grand Forks, how the mighty have fallen.

We had a blast at this McD! Although the employee was a bit grumpy, we kept our cool and had a good time. We ordered our drinks, and even though they didn't have what we initially wanted, we were excited to try something different. As we waited for our drinks, we chatted and caught up on old times, and before we knew it, 20 minutes or more had passed! One of us decided to fill up gas, and while we were gone, the other tried to order again, but unfortunately, they refused make the drinks. Despite that, we left with smiles on our faces and great memories to cherish. Who needs to stress over drive-thru lines that don't move anyway?

Drive through has two ordering lanes. I pulled up in one with no other customer in the other. I was promptly greeted, then ignored while two other customers pulled up, ordered, and went on to the window. When I was acknowledged, the attendant did apologize, saying it was shift change. Then he shorted me .50 cents in change. I went in and spoke to the manager, who was polite. Then, I gave her the incorrect change and asked her to have her attendant tighten up. This restaurant normally delivers smoother service, with great tasting food. I hope this was an exception, not a trend.
