Domino's Pizza - Grand Forks

The service is incredibly frustrating! It's nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone directly, whether by phone or other means. It's a real hassle to deal with. I won't be ordering from here again. It's not user-friendly at all.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with your delivery driver, Jon (if I'm not mistaken). He was fantastic! My order (#4773) from 10/27 was delivered at midnight, and he was incredibly cheerful and friendly. He did an excellent job, and I really hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

The restaurant is decent, but prices are rising. They should offer more specials, as they don't seem to stand out as much anymore. UPDATE: The service quality is declining. What's the point of ordering curbside delivery if I still have to go inside to pick it up? I received an online order confirmation, but when I checked in, they couldn't locate my order. It might have been a glitch.

I ordered two pizzas, wings, and a 2-liter soda, and everything was delivered in just 45 minutes! The delivery person was extremely friendly, and the food was cooked to perfection!

It's okay to be expensive. they need more specializations. update: the service goes to the hill. Why order carbside delivery when they go to pick it up? my online order confirmation was received, but at check-in my order could not find. glitch maybe.
