Tim Hortons - Grand Falls

I was next in line at the restaurant, with 2 people at tables and 3 cars at the drive-through ahead of me. I waited for ten minutes as one employee chatted with a young lady, neglecting the customers. Thankfully, another employee noticed the poor customer service and stepped in to assist.

I spent 17 minutes in the drive-thru, and gas is not cheap. The management seems to be cutting corners with only two employees working during the busy morning rush, maybe to save money for their fancy house. Plus, the coffee was not good.

Every time I'm in Grand Falls, I can't resist visiting this restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly!

My family I stopped at the drive in for 3 coffees after a long trip and they forgot my dads double double, and didn’t do anything about it. Poor service!
