Burger King - Grand Falls

The restaurant was extremely chaotic and inefficient. It should not take 15 minutes to receive fast food. The staff kept switching between the front counter and the drive-thru, resulting in confusion and delays. The electronic order screen appeared to not be working as the front counter staff had to continuously communicate with the kitchen verbally.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite being an hour away, I made a special stop to place an order. I ended up purchasing $41.50 worth of food. When I received my order, I meticulously checked the bags to ensure everything was there. The staff assured me that everything was included, but when I got home and opened the bags, I realized the large onion ring was missing and the Jr Whopper with bacon had no bacon. This is not what I would consider a complete order.

Nice place to eat, but tables and stands are not cleaned regularly. Must remove crumbs from the table at more than one occasion and that in the morning when it opens.
