Mcdonald's - Granby

Located in a beautiful spot with outdoor tables viewing Yamaska River . The service is great. Staff make you feel welcome. It is very busy during summer and holidays but worth coming by for the crème glacée molle and the view.

The location is gorgeous as it is on the water. It's a great place to get a coffee or pumpkin spice latte yum! The lime grilled chicken wrap is quite tasty. The staff are always very friendly here. We needed forks so went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets with 2 forks and staff gave 2 forks as requested so as simple as that sounds its what made my day. The nuggets were clearly loved by my son as nuggets are a win in every scenario.

Beyond cold. I am not sure how its even legal to sell ground meat or chicken right out of the fridge. The kids burger had nothing and i mean nothing in it, not even ketchup.

We waiting 3o minutes to order take away suddenly an employee say we close sorry we can not take your order unfrofession way

Always forgets something in your order and you have to go back to get it. Manager very rude and unconcerned about the happiness of the clients. Employees fooling around and talking not preparing orders to get them out. Long wait in drive through and at counter. Would not recommend going to this McDonald's.
