Burger King - Granby

The food here is good, but they need to go easier on the mayonnaise.

I enjoy the special offered on Wednesdays at this restaurant.

We arrived at Burger King for a quick meal after a long trip. Every one knew exactly what they wanted...after all it's Burger King nothing complicated. I'm not sure if they were under staff or just confused but every employee seemed to be running around...but going anywhere. My mom had to wait over min for a whopper and a coffee, same for another customer I've notice waiting for an ice coffee. I had to return to the counter times with my boyfriends double whopper with bacon and cheese. First time no cheese, second time no bacon and cheese and third time received a simple instead of double. Every time the staffed looked at me like i was mistaken which only made me more angry. It's not like i was going to my table removing ingredients from the whopper!!! After we finally ate our meals there was no place to clean our trays as all the trash were full and had napkins and empty container falling on the floor. Again I'm not sure if they were under staff or just lacking management as they seem to be enough to run the place but I would differently not go there if i return to Granby.

The meal ok but the service is slow could need a good cleaning service in only one lanuage the bathroom are clean.

Like going to Burger King when I have a craving for a burger. It is well located beside the shopping mall. easy access.
