Starbucks - Granby

I usually come here every morning for my coffee and get the same thing, this morning I went to get my Americano with light ice and it was only filled half way. I asked if she could fill the extra space and she just crammed it full with ice instead. My first thought was maybe the light water option I selected confused the worker, but all the other employees seem to get my 5 dollar drink right.

As usual quality coffee and food! That organic spinach sandwich with with cheese was super perfect for my diabetic Uncle. ?

Every time I go to this location I ask for extra cold foam and every time they fail to put any extra on my drink. This has happened 3 times to me now. They either see the customization and ignore it or they just don't pay attention. I feel bad holding up the line so I don't ask for a remake but still.... for $6 the coffee should be made right the first time.

This Starbucks is consistently on top of things. Your order is always correct, prepared well, and almost always prepared in a timely manner.

I asked a barrista with shrapnel and graffiti to please turn off what I called noise (and she called music), so I could concentrate on what I was doing in peace and quiet. She refused. As usual--with all Starbucks coffee shops--humans weren?t the only guests; a big, black fly continued invading my territory. Management never gets rid of flies or annoying noise (music). This particular store was also too hot. I sincerely doubt the AC was on.
